近所でおいしいとんかつ屋さんがないものかと
ずーっと思っておりましたが、
ついに見つけました！
とんかつ　小ばやしさん。
I've looking forward to Delicious TONKATSU (Pork Fillet) around my place.
I funally found the shop of that!
TONKATSU KOBAYASHI!

たまたま通りかかって見つけたこの看板。
写真に写るレアな豚肉の断面がいかにもおいしそうです。
I happenly found this sign when I walking around.
It looks delicious with half-rare pork cutting side.

最初にいただいたのが、この３つの薬味。
オリーブオイルと大根のタルタル、塩。
うーーん素材本来のおいしさを引き出してくれそうなセットで
期待が持てます！
I got this plate first.
There were 3 kinds of sauce, Olive oil, tartar sauce with Japanese raddish, salt.
I imagined that it's enhance the taste of pork with these sauce!

今回は美濃ヘルシーポークと東京Xを使った玉子コロッケを。
想像通り、やわらかくて味わい深く、豚肉本来の味が楽しめます。
付け合わせの大根のタルタルも、玉子コロッケも意外性があっておいしい！
トンカツソース抜きでも十分楽しめます！
いいお店を見つけました！
I ordered MINO healthy pork and TAMAGO (egg) croquette with TOKYO-X pork.
MINO pork was soft touch and tasty, I enjoyed the directly pork taste.
It also matched with tartar sauce and TAMAGO croquette was delicious too.
I could enjoy without TONKATSU sauce!
I finally found the good TONKATSU shop around my place!
