「うこん」入りの島ソーキそば 石垣島であちこち その２ Okinawan-style stew pork, SOKI Noodle with UKON(turmeric) This and that in Ishigaki No.2

身体によさそうな、ウコンが入った島そば店に行ってきました。
石垣空港とバスターミナルを結ぶ路線バスの停留所（４番のバスだけが通ります）、
八重山毎日新聞社近くにある「のりば食堂」さん。
昔は本当に目の前にバス停があった（だから「のりば」）ようですが、
今は少し移動してます。

I called on the SHIMA-SOBA (Island SOBA noodle) dining, located on the bus route between Ishigaki airport and the city center (only route 4 bus is stopping this bus stop). The stop name is YAEYAMA MAINICHI SHIMBUN-SHA.
The name of dining is "NORIBA-SHOKUDOU". NORIBA means the bus stop, but the bus stop slightly moved apart.

It seems to be healthy because noodles made from UKON (turmeric).


すべてのそばは、ウコン入りのそばということで、
ソーキそばを注文。
出てきたのは何とも贅沢な大きなソーキが乗った豪快なそばでした。
正直、ウコンの味がしたようなしないような・・・という印象ですが、
予想外のたっぷりなソーキに大満足の一杯でした。
All noodles are made from UKON (turmeric), I placed my order, SOKI SOBA (Noodle with Okinawan-style stewed pork) .
I found the great SOKI piece on the UKON noodles.
I could not find the taste of UKON... But I enjoyed the big piece of SOKI.

結構混み合ってましたので、食事の時間帯を避けるのがベターです。
It was very crowded I recommend you to visit avoid the lunch time (around12-14o'clock).
