ミシュランシェフの和風カレー！ ご近所探訪 その１８１ Japanese Curry made from DASHI (Japanese soup stock) by Michelin chef. =Walking Around Krathoorm no.181

天神橋商店街に先日から気になる外観のお店ができているなぁ・・・と
チェックしてましたら、カレーショップでした。
つい先日オープンしたての櫻家伽哩本舗さん。

On the other day, I found the new shop that attractive decorated.
That shop opened as Japanese curry shop, "SAKURAYA CURRY HONPO".

豊中にある、ミシュラン２つ星の日本料理店のシェフが、
和風のだしをベースに作り上げたカレーということで、
期待が膨らみます。
早速先日行ってまいりました。
The curry dishes there is produced by the Michelin 2star chef at the Japanese Restaurant in Toyonoka (Osaka) and with Japanese Dashi (Japanese soup stock).
I went to eat with my expectation.


肉類のメニューが豊富なのもうれしいですね。
今回は北海道放牧豚のカツカレーをオーダー。
ルーはだしを使っただけあって、あっさり系。
しかし、程よくとろみやスパイシーさもあって、上品な感じです。
カツはカレーと合わせて食べやすいように薄くスライス。
それでも、豚肉のうまみは十分に感じられます。
この豚肉のうまみと、あっさり系のカレールーは非常に相性がいいですね。
I enjoyed choosing the menu because there were many meat menus.
This time I made a choice of the Hokkaido Pork Cutlet Curry.
That dish contained simplebrieflight curry roux but had some spicy and thick, elegant.
Thin sliced pork cutlets were also matched with the curry roux.
I enjoyed the wonderful tasty pork and curry roux.


付け合わせに昆布やショウガがあるのも面白いですね。
便利な場所にありますので、お時間ございましたら是非お勧めします！
It was interesting that I found the toppings, Konbu（Kelp) or Ginger.
