大阪でうまいとんかつを探して・・・ ご近所探訪 その１７７ Looking for the delicious TONKATSU in Osaka =Walking around Krathoorm no.177

今年の夏に、東京で食べたとびっきりのとんかつ。
先日の上京の際も別の店で楽しみましたが（この話はまた別の機会に）
大阪にもおいしいとんかつはないのか、探してみまして、
行ってまいりました。

I remember the wonderful TONKATSU at Tokyo in this summer.
When I visited Tokyo in the middle of this month, I also enjoyed TONKATSU at the other restaurant (I will make a topic about this another time.).
But I wanted to enjoy TONKATSU in Osaka, and I was looking for and visited the restaurant.
"epais", the name of the restaurant in Kitashinchi, osaka.

おいしいとんかつは、塩でいただくのがやはり基本。
このお店でも、トリュフ塩でいただくようです。
（希望すれば、ソースも出してもらえる様子）
The best way to enjoy delicious TONKATSU is only with salt!
I found the truffe salt on the table.
(You can also request the TONKATSU sauce.)


しばらく待って、出てきたのがこちら。
食べてみると、分厚いにもかかわらず非常に柔らか。
塩で食べるといい感じに肉の味を楽しめます。
これまで大阪で食べたとんかつの中ではいちばんおいしいかも。
ただ・・・正直やはり塩だけでは飽きてしまいますね。
ソースもいただいたほうがいいかな。
このあたり、夏に東京で行った西麻布の豚組さんは、
うまく工夫されていましたね。
After several minutes, I got this plate.
When I eat a bit of this, I felt the thick piece but extremely soft touch.
I enjoyed the taste of the meat with truffe salt.
I felt that it might be the best delicious TONKATSU in Osaka!
BUT... I prefer taking with TONKATSU sauce.
BUTAGUMI, in NISHIAZABU, Tokyo, had a good combinations with salt and sauce.


紅茶かコーヒーと、簡単なデザート（ジャムのセのアイスクリーム）もついてました。
After the dishes, I got a cofee (or Tea) and a simple desert (Ice cream).

非常に人気の高い店で、ランチでも予約できるので、
ご興味あれば、是非、ご予約してから行ってみてください！
I recommend you to make a booking advance because of very crowded.
