スパイスが心地よいカレー ご近所探訪 その１７５ A pleasantly spicy curry =Walking around Krathoorm no.175

大阪は数日前からずいぶんと涼しくなりましたね。
気候変動で体調管理が大変な時ですが、
こんな時こそ、カレーで健康維持！と
前から気になっていた大阪駅ルクアの地下にある、
旧ヤム鐡道さんに行ってまいりました。

It's getting cool these days in Osaka.
I guess that it's hard for you to manage your health.
In that situation, I hope to eat spicy curry for my health,
And I called on "KYU YAMU TETSUDOU（旧ヤム鐵道）" in the LUCUA OSAKA at Osaka Station.

最初の写真のメニューのとおり、１か月ごとに変わる、４種類のカレーの中から、
２つを選択できるとのこと。
どれもおいしそうでしたが、茄子やキクラゲが気になり、
AとBの組み合わせにしてみたのが、この写真です。
盛り付けがまずきれいですね。
ちょっと量が可愛めですが、食べすぎずちょうどいいのかも。
As the first picture, I could make choice 2 kinds curry from 4 kinds of this month line up.
It seemed good taste every curries, I'm curious about eggplants and cloud ears.
I made choice of A and B.
At first, I'm surprised the beautiful arrangement of the curry plate.
It was a pretty amount, a good amount, is not too much to eat.

食べてみると、程よい辛さで、名前もわからないスパイスが口の中で弾ける感じ。
ライスをターメリックライスか、玄米を選べましたが、
よりカレーの味を楽しむために、玄米にしてみたのも、
あっさり食べれてよかったかも。
After I started eating, it was a good spicy taste, feel like sparking of the spice in my mouth.
I ordered the unpolished rice from the choice of unpolished or turmeric for enjoying the curry taste.


合わせて提供された、ヤムカレー。
和風だしのさらっとしたカレーで、かけると味の変化が楽しめるとのこと。
掛けてみると・・・確かに、少しまろやかな感じになります。
サラサラのカレーってなんかあまりおいしくなさそう、という予想に反して、
これまたスパイスと相まっていい感じです。
The Yam Curry, placed with the dishes.
It was watery curry made from Japanese DASHI (like bouillon）.
I put this on the curry, I found it got milder taste.
It was delicious spicy despite of my projection that it's not delicious because of watery.

食べ終わったあとに是非また別のカレーに挑戦してみたくなるおいしさ。
大阪駅でお食事に迷われたら、是非選択肢の一つにお勧めできます！
After I ate the curry, I want to eat the other choice of curry again, that was delicious!
