ついに身近で刀削麺！ ご近所探訪 その１７４ Finally, I found the TOSHO noodle nearby Krathoorm. =Walking around Krathoorm no.174

クラトームの近所に数店舗展開されている「上海食苑」さん。
ここの小籠包、本場で食べるのと同じくらいおいしいのですが、
なんと、先日お昼前に通りかかると、黒板に「刀削麺」の文字が！！！
早速行ってまいりました。
There were several restaurants of Shanghai-Shokuen group around Kratoorm.
There are delicious soup dumplings like a Taiwans' in that restaurant.
The other day, I strolled and found the letters "TOSHO NOODLE" on the blackboard!
I tried that readily!


まずは、唐揚げとサラダ。
唐揚げもちゃんとオーダーを受けてから揚げられたと思われる、
アツアツの状態でサーブ。
おいしいです。
At first, I got KARAAGE (Deep fried Chicken Japanese style) and a salad.
KARAAGE seemed that they cook these after my order, very hot condition and juicy, tasty.


次に点心三種盛り。
ここの小籠包、久々に食べましたが、皮がモチモチしていて、
中のスープもあっさりしたうまみ。やはりおいしいです。
Next, 3 kinds of Dim Sum.
It was so long time no eating soup dumpling in this shop, but I enjoyed chewy outside and juicy inside of that.


で、メインの刀削麺。
ここはしょうゆ味のあっさりスープ。
And I got a main dish, TOSHO NOODLE with soy sauce soup..


ちゃんと削った食感がする、モチモチした独特の弾力がたまりません。
うーーん！ついに徒歩数分圏内で刀削麺がたべられるとは！！！
感激です。
思い起こせば、昨年は刀削麺を求めて、ミナミへ、神戸の南京町へ、六甲道へ繰り出したのでした・・・。
I surprised the touch of chewing noodle because that was the original method of recipe.
What a fantastic thing that I can get Tosho noodle within walking distance!
I remembered that I was looking for TOSHO NOODLE in KOBE, or MINAMI (Osaka), or ROKKOUMICHI (Kobe) last year...

でも、やっぱり台湾で食べる牛肉トマト刀削麺が忘れられない・・・。
以前ご紹介した台北の山西蕃茄牛肉弓削麺さんは、なんと閉店されてしまい、
今月初めの台北訪問では違う店に行ってきました。

But It is hard to forget my Beef Tomoto TOSHO NOODLE in Taipei...
My favorite restaurant, 山西蕃茄牛肉弓削麺 was already closed now,
and I was looking for the new restaurant...


今回台北で新開拓したのは、甘記蕃茄刀削麺さん。

ゴロゴロ入った、ステーキみたいな大きさの牛肉３切れと、本場の刀削麺で
大満足でした。
The restaurant I found the new this time, 甘記蕃茄刀削麺,

There were 3 big cuts of beefs like a mini steak and locally food TOSHO NOODLE.
I was very satisfied with that.

台湾の話に脱線してしまいましたが、
日本らしい、あっさり味の刀削麺を味わってみたいなら、
