とっておきのマンゴー！？ My secret Mango!?

みなさま、そろそろお盆休みも終わって、
お仕事に戻られたころでしょうか。
毎日毎日残暑厳しい日が続きますが、
みなさまがお元気にご活躍されてますように。
There was a holiday season, OBON in Japan last weekend.
And it's getting extremely HOT around 35-38 degree (Celsius) in Osaka these days.
I hope everyone is well and having good jobs.


さて、ついつい書きそびれておりましたが、
今月初め、ほんの少し台湾に行っておりました。
本場のドライマンゴーを皆様にお土産、と
最高級の台湾産愛文マンゴーのドライフルーツを
買い込んでまいりましたが、
いざ、もう一度日本に帰って味見してみると、
少し気になる独特のクセが。
うーーん。これではお客様にお出しするのはためらわれる・・・。
そういえば、最近ドライフルーツをプレーンヨーグルトに一晩つけると、
いい具合に水分を吸っておいしくなると聞いていたので、
やってみました・・。
I called on Taiwan in the first few days of this month.
And I bought plenty quantity of High quality Dried Apple Mango for my customer.
But I found that Dried Apple Mango had some concern smell after I returned to Japan.
I hesitate to place this to my customer...
Next I recollected that if this Dried Mango soaked in Yogurt for a night, it's getting soft and tasty.
I tried that...


写真ではなかなかお伝えしにくいのですが・・・。
これ、びっくりするくらいの果肉感。
そして、ヨーグルトにも自然な甘みが溶け出し、
水分を吸われて濃厚になっていて、
手軽に逸品を作り出せています。
It's very hard to describe that conditions...
I could feel the fruity touch of Mango.
And Yogurt also good condition after getting something dried after mango absorbed the fluid.

これ、作り置きができないので、うまくタイミングが合わないとご提供できないのですが、
すでにお客様からご好評いただいております。
前日までにご予約をいただければ、ご提供できる可能性が高くなりますので、
ご興味ございましたら、是非、お早目のご予約をお願いします！
I cannot make a lot of this mango yogurt because it's hard to keep quality long days.
So I can serve this to the customers on timing.
I've already got excellent comments from the tasting customers.
If you book the reservation until the previous day of your session,
I maybe can serve this. Please book in advance if you are interested in this!
