ドライフルーツの老舗を訪ねる 香港アップデート2016 その１ Called on the traditional shop of Dried fruits in Hong Kong =Hong Kong Update 2016 No.1

プレミアム　ウイングで訪れた香港。
合間の時間にいろいろ気になっていたところを歩いてみました。
特に、お気に入りのマッサージ店のある上環あたりを・・・。
青色の路線の港島線、２０１４年末に上環から堅尼地域まで延伸されたのですね。
Hong Kong, I visited for Premium Wing.
I wandered around Sheung Wan in where there is my favorite massage shop.
The Island Line, blue colored track, was extended to Kennedy Town from Sheung Wan at the end of 2014.


１００年以上の歴史を持つ、老舗のドライフルーツ店、
王栄記さんは、初めての訪問。
お店の人に話を聞きながら、
ショウガをレモン汁につけて乾燥させたものなどを購入。
・・・が、これ、少し癖があります。
昔ながらの包み紙がなかなかいい感じなのですが・・・。
Wong Wing Kee, the traditional shop of dried fruits, opening more than 100years,
I visited for the first time.
I bought some dried fruits, for example the ginger lemon...
But this one has something strange for you, maybe...
It looks cute wrapping...


プレミアム　ウイングの会場となったホテルに備え付けのアメニティ。
この左下のドライフルーツ（あんず？？？）が、
食感も、砂糖の味よりも、果実の味がする意味でも、
非常に美味でした。

現在お客様に王栄記さんのショウガレモンと一緒にご提供いたしております。

There were some amenity foods&wine.
This dried fruits (apricots?) located under left part, is very good quality,
at the point of texture and fruity taste (not sweet of sugar).
And I got these one, you can taste these products after the session now.
