チムタク初チャレンジ！ ご近所（？）探訪 その１７０ Tried Chimutaku for my first time! Walking around Krathoorm no.170

先月、釜山に行った話をしたところ、
知人から心斎橋（本町との間くらい）にチムタクがおいしい店があると情報を得たので、
行ってみました。
My acquaintance introduced me "Chimutaku" in Shinsaibashi-area (near Honmachi)
When I talked about my stay in Busan last month.
I tried to visit that shop.

ランチでもチムタクの定食があるということで、
それをオーダー。
ほかにも、冷麺などのランチもあって、暑い日だったせいか迷いましたが・・・。
しばらく待って出てきたのがこれ。
チムタク、とは、鶏肉をしょうゆベースの甘いタレに付け込んで焼いたもののようで、
写真のようにゴロゴロと大きな肉が入ってました。
口にすると・・・ん、うまい！
大きめにカットされた野菜や、トッポッキ、春雨などもタレが絡まって、
たまりません！
There was a set menu of Chimutaku, I ordered this.
On the other hand, there were Reimen(Cool Noodles) or some set menu,
I wondered I took Reimen because it was a hot day...
I got this plate after a few minutes.
Chimutaku is a chicken dish which soaked soy-sauce based original sauce and grilled,
There were some big cutting chicken pieces like this photo.
I tried to eat.... Uhh delicious!
There also were some big pieces of vegetables, Toppokki, Harusame with sweet taste sauce...
Umm Delicious!


刻んだ韓国のりたっぷりのご飯もついてます。
ついついタレを一緒に食べてしまいました。
もちろんディナータイムも営業してますので、

This set menu including rice bowl with a lot of sliced Korean style seaweed.
I tried to mix the rice and seaweed and sauce.
You can also taste dinner time, let's try Chimutaku!
