しっかり脂の乗ったサバの一枚焼き定食 福岡で食べ歩き！ Grilled mackerel, put on fat, with Japanese Teishoku(set menu) Style in Fukuoka!

福岡には、おいしい食べ物がいっぱい！
ということで、プレミアムウイングの合間にいろいろと食べてまいりました。
まずは、やはり魚料理、ランチタイムにサバの一枚焼き定食（メニューはこれのみ！）があるという、
真さんに行ってみました。

There are many delicious foods in Fukuoka!
Then I was walking around to get delicious foods last week.
At first, I tried fish dishes.
MAKOTO, the shop serving the grilled delicious mackerel Teishoku(set menu).

天神の少し北側の、水鏡天満宮さんのすぐ横にありました。
朝１１時開店で、行列必至、ということで、１０：４０くらいに行きましたが、
すでにおひとり並ばれていて、
５分経たずして１０人以上の行列が！！！
すごい人気店です。
MAKOTO is located on the side of SUIKYO TENMANGU in the northern part of TENJIN Area.
I visited around 10:40, because there will be many customers at the opening time of this shop, 11:00.
But there was already waiting customer, and after I got there, more than 10 waiting customers in 10 minutes!


カウンター席に案内され、目の前で焼かれるサバの香りをかぐこと数分、
写真の定食をいただきました。
サバの一枚焼き、というのは、文字通り、サバ一匹を開きにして、
まるまる一枚にしたもので、大きさもさることながら、
焼き加減も、脂の乗り加減もかなり満足いくものでした。
そして、豆腐と油揚げがたっぷり入った味噌汁も、何気においしくて、
その人気も納得。
天神界隈でランチをされる機会があれば、ぜひ候補の一つにお勧めできます！
I took a seat at the counter, and looked and smelled of the step of grill.
After several minutes, I got a TEISHOKU(set menu) above photo.
A sheet of mackerel means cut and open-style of a whole of a mackerel.
There was a big, put on good fat, grilled tasty mackerel.
I was very satisfied this TEISHOKU not only mackerel, but also Miso Soup,
Which including many pieces of Tofu and ABURAAGE.

I strongly recommend if you like fish dishes and seeking for lunch at TENJIN area!
