コスメル島、プラヤデルカルメン、カンクン ３つの海を比較！ Comparing the beautiful sea of Cozmel Island, Playa del Carmen, Cancun

今回の旅では、メキシコのリヴィエラ・マヤと呼ばれる地域の３カ所に滞在してみました。
それほど遠くないこの３カ所ですが、海の見え方などは結構違いましたので、
もしかしたらこの地域に行ってみたい！という方がおられれば、
と、３つの海を比較してみます。
I stayed 3 places at the region of Riviera maya in Mexico this time.
These 3 places are not so far, but there is a difference
at the point of the sea color, clarify, etc,
I try to compare these seas for the person who will visit this region.


まず、最初に訪れたコスメル島。
その透明度で有名なだけあって、今回の旅では一番クリアできれいな海でした。
期間の短い旅なら、迷わずここだけに決定でしょう。
（遺跡巡りや、セノーテにはアクセスしにくいですが）
カンクンの空港から、飛行機で２０分というルートもあるのですが、
乗り継ぎに３時間以上必要、ということからあきらめました。
プラヤデルカルメンまでADOバスで行って、そこからフェリーが無難かと。
ADOバス、スペイン語風に「アデオ」と呼びます。
COZMEL ISLAND, my first destination of this trip.
This island was the most clarify and clear sea in this trip.
If you stay only a few days in this region, I strongly recommend staying this island.
（It’s inaccessible to Maya heritages or Cenote from Cozmel)
There is a flight from Cancun airport(CUN) to Cozmel(CZM) operated by Maya Air.
But if you transit at the CUN, you have to keep 3hours for transit.
I abandoned this route for this reason.
The normally route from CUN, you take ADO bus for Playa Del Carmen, and transfer to the ferry for Cozmel Island.
“ADO” is pronounced “a-de-o” like a Spanish.


次に訪れた、今回最大の３泊を過ごしたプラヤデルカルメン。
コスメル島に比べると、透明度はかなり違ってきます。
ただ、それでも、やはりきれいなことには変わり有りません。
プラヤデルカルメンの良いところは、繁華街が海のすぐそばにあって、
夜も食事などに全く困らないこと。
また、コズメル、セノーテ、マヤ遺跡いずれも比較的アクセスしやすいです。
ローカルなお店で、新鮮なシーフードも心置きなく食べれます。
さらに、空港からADOバス一本でアクセス出来るのもいいですね。
Playa Del Carmen, my second destination of this trip,
and I stayed 3 nights, my longest staying place in this trip.
The sea here is also beautiful, although there is far difference of clarify from Cozmel.
Playa del Carmen beach is located near the downtown, and it’s very convenience for eating seafood or shopping and also good place for access to Cosmel, Maya Heritages, Cenote.
Therefore you can get here only taking ADO bus from CUN.


最後に訪れた、おそらく一番ポピュラーな海のカンクン。
ホテルゾーンへは空港から非常に高額（２０分くらいなのに６０００円以上！）なタクシーか、
ADOバスで街の中心（セントロ）まで出て、
そこから地元の方が利用するR-１バスでという方法も（この方法だと１０００円以下）。
街まで出ても、そこからタクシーだと空港からとあまり変わらない金額になりますので、
要注意です。
海は遠目に見るにはきれい。カンクンはあまり天気に恵まれなかったものの、
それでも、このきれいさです。
ただ・・・波が高くて、泳ぐには少し・・・という感じです。
それと、高級ホテルばかりなので、お値段も張るかな。
意外や意外、一番面白くなかった場所で、一拍だけにしておいて良かった、
という感想でした。
Cancun, the most popular sea of this 3places.
It’s very expensive fee from CUN also downtown by taxi.
Reasonable Way from CUN, you take ADO bus to downtown(centro) and transfer R-1 bus (locally),
The sea is beautiful if you see from a distance place.
But you can hardly swim in the sea because of high wave.
And there are High Costs hotels in Cancun hotel zone, it’s very expensive.
For me, it’s not fun place, I thought it was my good planning for staying only 1 night.
