セノーテで夢のような一日 Like a dream, wonderful day in the Cenote.

リヴィエラ・マヤには、セノーテという、洞窟に水がたまって、
そこに光が差し込んで神秘的な空間がもたらされるという場所が数多くあります。
今回、体験ダイビングで行こうかと思ったのですが、
なんと、ちゃんとライセンスを持ってないとダメなようで、
シュノーケルで行ってきました。
さすがに個人では行きにくそうだったので、日本人の方がされている現地ツアーに
参加しました。

A CENOTE(/sɨˈnoʊtiː/ or /sɛˈnoʊteɪ/) is a natural pit, or sinkhole, resulting from the collapse of limestone bedrock that exposes groundwater underneath. Especially associated with the Yucatán Peninsula of Mexico.(these explanations from Wikipedia)
I hope to get diving in here, but I couldn't because I've got a license of diving.
So I visited two cenotes by snorkeling.
I arranged my plan by Japanese travel agent, Iguana Divers, because the cenotes could not easily access.
They produced me a wonderful day.

最初の写真は、有名なグランセノーテ。
いえいえ、かなり神秘的な色です。
洞窟をくぐって、奥の方まで行くことができました。
The first picture is very famous cenote, Grand cenote.
It was a mysterious colored blue,
I could got a far point through the cave.


でも、次に行ったドス・オホスというセノーテは全然別格！
見てください！この青色！
なんて神秘的なのでしょう！
ガイドさんと一緒でないといけない、ドームの中にも行けて、
しかも、この日のシュノーケルの参加者は僕一人！
だったので、付きっきりで写真を撮ってくださいました。
水中カメラ、買っていこうかどうか悩んだのですが、
結局もっていかなかった僕には、うれしい誤算でした。
（注：うまく撮れなかったり、機材トラブルなどもあるようなので、イグアナダイバーズさんの
　必ずあるサービスではないということです）
But, the next cenote, Dos Ojos, was the most great place!

What is a great mysterious blue!
I could also enter "THE DOME" where I could not enter without the attendant of guide.
And I was very lucky because I was only one snorkeling customer that day.
I spent of almost all day like a private tour, guide took pictures a lot.
Finally I didn't buy the waterproof camera after consideration many times,
But I could get wonderful pictures by her.

たくさん撮っていただいた写真の中に、こんなに素敵な写真がありました。
この写真ももちろんいい感じですが、
実際に見た景色はこの数倍、ホントに感激の美しさでした。
しかも、本当は朝８時から１４時くらいまでのツアーだったのに、
ゆっくりと、夕方までみっちり楽しませていただきました。
I got this greatful and fantastic picture from a lot of her picture.
Altough this picture is great, but I felt more and more impressed at the real place.
Iguana Divers' staff were very friendly and they take us enough time almost until evening time,
otherwise the original schedule was until 14PM!


最後に、今日ずっとアテンドをしてくださったYonemotoさんが
現地のおいしいシーフードを食べに連れていってくださいました。
現地の貝のガーリック炒め・・・おいしかった！！！
間違いなく、今回の旅で一番素敵な一日の一つ（コスメル島のウミガメ・マンタの日と並んで）でした。
After the wonderful tour, Ms. Yonemoto, my wonderful attendant that day, took me to the seafood restaurant.
That was also great delicious food, for example the shells with garic.
That day was one of my best day of this time, as well as sea turtle snokeling in Cosmel Island.
