ウィリスタワーに上る inシカゴ 2015.12 Going Up Willis tower in Chicago

さて、今回は久々の長期休暇をいただいており、
まず最初にアメリカ　シカゴを訪れました。
シカゴは建築物が非常にユニークな街。
早速高いところから見てみようと、有名なWikkis Towerにやってきました。
Well, I'm spending my long vacation after a long time absence.
At first, I visited Chicago, USA.
Chicago is known its unique architecture buildings.
I went up The Willis Tower in the sake of looking overview of Chicago Town.


エレベーターで昇るときに、世界中のいろんな建造物の高さが画面に出てきて、
今、その高さを通過しました！って表示が。
横浜ランドマークタワーよりも随分と高いところのようです。
When I took the elevator which bring us to the observatory,
we could see many other high-architecture buildings on the screen,
It seems to be much higher than YOKOHAMA LANDMARK TOWER in Japan.


あいにくの小雨交じりのお天気でしたが、
いろんな建造物を見渡せて、なかなかいい感じです。
夏の間はすごく混みあっているようですが、冬はそれほどでも・・・といった様子で、
ゆっくりと４方向の風景を楽しみました。
It was a slightly rainy day, but I could see and enjoyed the landscape of Chicago and its architecture buildings.
It will be crowded more in the high season, summer,
But in winter it was not so cｒowded, I could take my time to looking a landscape.


なんといっても、このウィリスタワーの一番の人気は、
スカイデッキと名付けられた、ビルから突き出たシースルーの空間。
今の時期でもかなり行列になってました。
The most popular attraction of The Willis Tower is "SKYDECK".
It is a square glass observationary space which locates outside of the building.
It was very crowded even if off season!


これ、実際に乗ってみると見た目以上に怖いです。
きっと飛び跳ねたりしても全く問題ないのでしょうが、
さすがに・・・って感じです。
久々に自分の写真を載せてみました。
I feel a slight frightened more than I expected!
Of course, if I jumped on the this place,
It's no problem, but I couldnot!!!
