近所でおすすめのたこ焼き店・・・なんとミシェランガイドに掲載! ご近所探訪 その１６６ My recommend neighboring TAKOYAKI (Octopus Ball) shops on the Michelin Guide! =Walking Around Krathoorm no,166

先日発売になった「ミシェランガイド　京都・大阪２０１６」。
なんと、大阪のソウルフード、たこやきの店が掲載されていて、
しかも、クラトームの近所のお店が２軒も選ばれた、ということで、
今回はその２軒をご紹介いたしたいと思います。
The Michelin Guide KYOTO OSAKA 2016 was published in October.
In that guidebook, contains TAKOYAKI (Octopus Ball), famous soul food in Osaka,
There are two shops that introduced in the guidebook around Krathoorm shop.
I visited these 2 shops and try to introduce from now.


まず一軒目は、前からこの写真のようにオマール海老のディスプレイが気になっていた、
玉屋さん。

地下鉄の天神橋筋六丁目駅から都島通りを都島方面に少し歩いた北側にあります。
最初の写真のとおり、店内でいただきました。
・・・たしかにオマール海老の香りが、ほのかに、また、外側のカリッとした食感が、
海老の雰囲気も醸し出してます。
丸ごと一つ食べると「アチチチチ！」になるので注意です。
本当は、オマールエビの風味を最大限に味わえる岩塩マヨネーズが人気とのこと。
At first, I visited TAMAYA.
We can find some Omar Shrimp Shell on the wall of the shop.
It was my first time of my visiting, otherwise I have wandered around TAMAYA many times.
This shop located on the north side of MIYAKOJIMA-DORI(road)
between TENJINBASHISUJI-6CHOME and MIYAKOJIMA subway station.
I tried to eat in the eating space like a picture above.
I felt the good Omar shrimp smell and enjoyed the texture of crispy outside just imagined the shell of the shrimp.
You had better not to eat one time, whole of octopus ball, it leads to feeling too hot!
To tell the truth, the best popular taste is mayonnaise and rock salt...


もう一軒が、千日前に本店がある「わなか」さん。
天神橋筋商店街内に天四と天六の２軒あります。
ときどき無性に食べたくなって、買いに行ってしまいます。
The another shop is WANAKA. Its headshop located in Sennichimae, Namba district.
There are 2 shops in the TENJINBASHI SHOPPING ARCADE, TENYON and TENROKU.
I sometimes want to eat WANAKA's TAKOYAKI and I call on WANAKA.


先に紹介いたしました玉屋さんもそうですが、昔ながらのソース味の他にも、
いろんな味のヴァリエーションがあります。
でも、私はいつも釜炊き塩味にしてしまいます。
シンプルに出汁の味やタコの味を楽しめていいんですよね。
There are variety tastes of TAKOYAKI in WANAKA like TAMAYA.
But I always select Salt taste, it's simple taste and I can enjoy the real octopus taste and DASHI(soup).
