秋の宮島・山歩き Strolling around Mountain at Miyajima in Autumn

先日広島でプレミアムウイングを行った際、
せっかくだから、と秋の宮島散策に行ってまいりました。
宮島、おそらく２０年以上ぶり。
I visited and strolling Miyajima (Itsukushima-Jinja) after 20years absence when Premium Wing in Hiroshima was held the other day.


雨上がりでお天気にも恵まれました。
空気が澄んでいてきれいな反面、もみじが散ってしまっていたような・・・。
It was a very fine day after stopping raining.
I felt the air was clear, but the other hand, some maple leaves has already falled...


せっかくなので、ロープウェイに乗って、山の上まで登ってみました。
これまたせっかくなので、１時間程度の山歩きで弥山（みせん）山頂まで。
I took Miyajima-Ropeway and went up to the mountain.
And I was also strolling around 1 hour to the top of Misen mountain.


弘法大師が修行に使った火が１２００年以上燃え続けているという
「消えずの火」もありました。
御釜の中には、霊水がわいており、飲めば万病に効くそうです。
KIEZU-NO-HI -the eternal flame was glowing there, which Kobo Daishi used as part of
his religious training, is burning now after 1,200 years.
It is said that holy water boiled with this fire works for all sorts of diseases.


いい気分転換になりました・・・が、
思った以上に急な坂道で、次の日かなりの筋肉痛に悩まされました・・・。
I was taking the mental and phｙsical break,
But I suffered my muscle pain the next day because of hard climing beyond my projection.
