伝える言葉から 伝えない言葉へ －中島みゆきさん コンサート2015-2016「一会」 From the utterable to the unutterable -Miyuki Nakajima Concert2015-16 "I-CHI-E"

月曜日（誕生日でした）はお休みをいただいて、東京まで中島みゆきさんのライブを観に行ってました。
Last Monday, my birthday, I visited the concert of Miyuki Nakajima in Tokyo.
She is a well known woman singer and also songwriter in Japan who has performed over 40years.

「一会（いちえ）」と題された今回のライブ、
全国ツアーではなく、東京と大阪でのみの開催で、
しかも、ツアーとも夜会とも違ったライブ、というふれこみで、
楽しみにしながら、当日を迎えました。
The title of the concert is "I-CHI-E"(stands for "meets only one time").
That's only held in Tokyo and Osaka, not concert tour style, also not YAKAI* style.
I wondered and projected how this concert will be.
*YAKAI is her lifework event, very strange musical live like a musical??

みゆきさん、昨年の夜会「橋の下のアルカディア」では、少し歌唱が少なかったので、
さすがにお歳かな、と思ったりもしていたのですが、
どっこいどっこい。
圧倒的な声量は健在、どころか、これまでで一番声が出ていたかも。
そのパワーに圧倒されながらも、いろんな言葉が胸にズシリズシリと伝わってきて、
もう、感無量なひと時を過ごせました。
When Miyuki acted YAKAI (the name of "HASHINO SHITANO Arcadia" (Arcadia under the bridge)) last year,
She didn't sing so many songs and I felt that she glowed a little bit old.
BUT! NO, NO, NO....
Last Monday she was more and more singing powerful and loud.
I surprisingly impressed by that powerful song and her lyrics.

今回のセットリスト、かなりマニアックです。
みゆきさんのメッセージが痛いほど伝わってきて、
その内容に１００％賛成できるものでもないのですが、
ただただ素晴らしい芸術作品に出会えて幸せでした。
聴きなれた曲の歌詞でも、この曲順に並べると違った意味に聞こえてくる・・・。
Setlist of this concert is very unique.
I felt strongly her massage from her heart through her song, acting...
I'm not able to agree her massage fully,
But I felt very happy to share the time with her artistically, superb textile lyrics.
Some songs is well known, but I felt different meanings on this setlist...

印象に残った歌詞、たくさんありますが、
Many phrases were impressed me, for example...
「一番欲しいものはなんですか　命かけても守るものは何ですか」
"What do you want most? what will you protect at the risk of your life?"*
「時代という名のあきらめが　こころという名の橋をのみこんでいくよ」
"Resignation that is the name of the times is swallowing the bridge that is the name of heart"*
「救われない魂は　傷つけ返そうとしている自分だ」（友情）
"The incurably soul is myself that attempt to hurt for revenge"("YU-JO" Friendship)*
「島の行方は　波風まかせ」（阿壇の木の下で）
"Hopes of the island are up to the wind and rain"("ADAN NO KINO SHITA DE"Under The Screw Pine Tree)
「くり返すあやまちを照らす　灯をかざせ」
"Bring the fire closer to reveal the sorrows that come over and over"
「命に付く名前を「心」と呼ぶ」（命の別名）
"LIFE has another name and that is HEART"("INOCHI NO BETSUMEI" Another Name For Life)
「いつか信じる日を経て　一本の麦になる」（麦の歌）
"Then one day we learned to trust each other, and we became a blade of wheat"
("MUGI NO UTA" Wheat Song)
「忘れないと誓った　あの日の夏は遠く」（浅い眠り）
"A summer day we swore to never forget is far away."("ASAI NEMURI" A Light Sleep)*
などなど・・・。うーん意味深だ・・・。
ect... I feel the deep meanings in these phrases.

沖縄を歌ったといわれていた「阿壇の木の下で」の前に、
日本全国島国なのでそれにちなんだ・・・といったＭＣの後に歌を続けられたり、
歌の最後に赤いひも（命の象徴？）を持ち替える動作を続けられたり・・・
やはり、相当練られた選曲だと感じます。
そして最後の最後に、「深い意味はないんです」
「きりのない願いは　ジョークにしてしまおう」（ジョークにしないか）・・・。
夜会と同じように、見終わった後にも歌詞が心にしみてくる・・・
素晴らしい体験をさせていただきました。
She said "Japan is the country of islands and next song is concerned that..."
before singing "ADAN NO KINO SHITA DE"Under The Screw Pine Tree,
And she grasped the red string (I guess that stand for the LIFE) by the both hand and released by one hand
And change her hand for grasping that... Continued several times...
I felt this setlist was working out by her.
Finally, she sang that
"I didn't mean anything""Let's make the boundless wish into a joke"
("Joke NI SHINAIKA" Just Make It A Joke)....
I had a wonderful experience in this concert and I've felt the lyrics still comes into my heart after the concert.

大阪は１２月と１月にあります。
すでに完売ですが、当日券の販売もありますので、ご興味あればどうぞ。
（あまり初心者向けではないですが・・・）
This concert will be held in Osaka in December and January also.
Already sold out all seats.
