ここ一年ほどコロナ自粛の影響もあって運動不足になりがちで、腰の調子があまり良くありませんでした。
今回、指圧だけでなくストレッチなどで硬くなっている部分を充分に伸ばしていただき、動くのがだいぶ楽になりました。
I've felt something wrong condition around my lower back which caused from lack of exercise because of self quarantine of coronavirus these 1 year.
I got to feel freely movement these area after the release my stiffness points session that doesn't contain only thumb pressures but also stretching.
