太っているからか、うつ伏せの時間が長く、
我慢できなくもなかったので続行したが、
途中で仰向け、もしくは横向きの体勢になる動作があると、
自分としては良いと思いました。
If my session include some side-down or face-up positions during slightly long face-down position, it got better for my body, because of my fatty body.
