常にお客様の安全や健康を第一に考えております。
The safety and wellbeing of guests is a top priority for Krathoorm.

今回の新型コロナウイルス等感染症につきましても、
すでに、１月３１日付けで本件に関するお知らせをいたしておりますが、
今般の感染拡大を受け、追加でご来店時のオペレーションを
以下の通り変更いたします。
皆様のご理解・ご協力をお願い致します。
As far COVID-19, Krathoorm has already noticed about it on 31th January.
For more your safety and wellbeing, Krathoorm starts to take a new additional operation on your arrival, recommending to wash your hands at the bathroom.
Thank you for your attention and understanding.



●ご来店時の手洗いの推奨について
Recommendation for washing your hands on your arrival time.

ご来店後、上着とお荷物をお預かりしたのち、
洗面所へ最初にご案内いたします。
ハンドソープと流水で（お湯も出ます）手洗いを行っていただくよう、
ご協力をお願い致します。
On your arrival time, Krathoorm recommends to wash your hands on the bathroom after getting off your coats or baggages.
You can use hand soap and hot water.


●出張サービスのご提供時間の変更について
Changing operation time for outcall service

移動時の施術者の感染防止や、健康状態の維持などの観点から、
当面の間、出張サービスのご提供時間を以下といたします。
また、時間帯（混雑時間帯）によりタクシーでの移動料金を
いただきますので、ご了承ください。
For the sake of protecting virus or keeping wellbeing of therapist,
Krathoorm changes the Outcall Service operation time for the time being.
And Krathoorm accepts the taxi fee in the case of crowded time.

朝１０時開始～夜１２時終了まで
Starts from 10am to ends on 12pm



●そのほか、従前からの対策
The other undergoing measures for protecting viruses.

・施術者の接客中のマスク着用
・タオル類の殺菌工程を含めた洗濯
・施術者のこまめな手洗いやうがいの励行
・お客様ごとの部屋空間（ベッド周り、ドアノブなどを含む）のアルコール等による消毒
　→HYGIA（脱衣場に設置：ご自由にお使いください）のほか、
　　エタノール含有スプレーなどを使用しております。
・加湿空気清浄機による施術室の加湿など
・Putting mask during attending guest
・Disinfection at therapy room or bathrooms by "HYGIA" or other sprays which is good for disinfection of virus.
　→You can also use this for yourself clothes or others in the bathroom freely.
・More than 30min disinfection with hot water and high concentrated bleach for the customer's towels or other products.
・Gargles and wash hands many times.
・Running the humidifier with cleaning air machine.

今後も、情勢のモニタリングを怠らず、必要な措置をとっていきたいと
考えております。
