世界的な新型コロナウイルス感染症の広がりを受け、
本日からクラトームでは、お客様の接客時にマスクを着用させていただきます。
皆様のご理解・ご協力をよろしくお願いします。
From today, Therapist put a mask on the mouth during attending customers at Krathoorm because of expansion of coronavirus all over the world.
Thanks for your understanding.
And Krathoorm also accept all of your booking even though you are from every countries unless your health conditions are good.


なお、この他にも、クラトームでは日頃から、
・お客様ごとの部屋空間の消毒（ウイルス除去に効果があるとされているHYGIA使用）
　→こちらは、脱衣場に常備しておりますので、シャワー利用の際などにご自由にお使いください。
・お客様の使用したタオル等の洗濯前の温水・濃縮漂白剤による３０分以上の消毒
・施術者のこまめなうがい・手洗い
などを行なっております。
Krathoorm is always taking care of making clean conditions. For example,
・Disinfection at therapy room or bathrooms by "HYGIA" which is good for disinfection of virus.
　→You can also use this for yourself clothes or others in the bathroom freely.
・More than 30min disinfection with hot water and high concentrated bleach for the customer's towels or other products.
・Gargles and wash hands many times.


なお、ご予約後に体調が悪い場合などは、
ご予約の変更やキャンセルは開始２時間前（午前中開始のご予約は前日２４時）までに
ご連絡（当日は必ずお電話で）いただければ大丈夫ですので、
そのような場合にはどうぞご無理なさらず、
ご連絡くださいませ。
If your health conditions gets to bad after you made booking,
please don't hesitate to cancel, before 2hours (in case of starting in the morning, 24o'clock of previous day) of your booking time.
