個人的感想ですが 不眠症解消、ホント「前向き」になれる事 筋力維持 腰痛も取れる等々実感してます。
ホルモン剤の様な 副作用の心配無く。
この歳で たくましく感を快く感じ続けるられる限り お願いしたいです。

I hope to get sessions unless I could feel wonderful thats.
