すでに当ブログでお知らせいたしておりますが、
現在クラトームでは、リ・デザインプロジェクトと題しまして、
施術内容やメニューなど、サービスご提供の全般にわたり、
より皆様にご満足いただけるよう、見直しに着手しております。

Krathoorm launched "Re-Design Project" which includes preparing for renovation of the techniques in the session, menu, whole of service at Krathorm for increasing your satisfaction.

また、その一環といたしまして、４月１３日に一部メニューを変更しております。
Then Krathoorm had some changing of menu on 13th Apr

今後、来年４月から１０月ごろを目途に、
メニューやサービスを大きく変更する予定でございます。
その際には、皆様から日ごろよくご意見を頂戴します
メニューや料金体系の簡素化を目指しますが、
その際に、VIP会員制度・ポイント制度の変更や、
従来のリピート割引制度を廃止し、
グリーンプレミアムサービスを拡充することなどを予定しております。
（今回は経過措置を設けない予定です。）
Kratoorm schedules big renovation of menu or it's service around APR-OCT 2019.
That's includes new menu and simple price system which from the customer's feedback and that's also including the changes about VIP member service, point system, and abolishing repeat discount system, increasing Green Premium Service.
(This time Krathoorm will not set the transitional measures.)
