ホームページはフォントの大きさと色がほとんど同じでわかりづらくなってると思います。
タイトル、サマリー、詳細に分けて各ページの概要が一目で分かるようになれば見やすいかと。
あと、クリックで専門用語を解説するウインドウが表示されると分かりやすくなると思います。
I guess that the reasons of complicated webpage are fonts and sizes (there are almost all similar or same.)
It's better to devide to Title, Summery, detail and set the overview of each pages.
Then also better to make "comment windows" for explain the arcane words.
