このたび、クラトームではご利用いただいたお客様に
ご利用の都度アンケートをお願いすることにいたしました。
Krathoorm started to acept everytime feedback from customer who were visiting and receiving the therapy.

実は、オープン当初から初めてご利用のお客様に
お時間がある場合にアンケートはお願いしておりましたが、
初めてご利用のお客様に、
新鮮な目でご意見をいただくのと同様に、
普段からよくご利用のお客様からも
当店のサービスに慣れ親しんでいただいている観点から、
是非いろいろなご意見を賜り、
真摯に今後のサービス提供の参考にいたしたく思いまして・・・。
In fact, Krathoorm sometimes ｒｅcｅｉｖｅｄ a new customer's feedback from the grand opening,

また、これまではいただいたご意見を
限られた形（動画の中で一部ご紹介など）でのご紹介に留めておりましたが、
これからご利用いただくお客様に少しでも参考になればと、
ご承諾いただけたご意見に関しましては、
積極的にこのブログでご紹介させていただきたいと思います。
Then I introduced them by linited means, for example in the video clip until now.
This time I start to introduce these feedback more positively and frequently introduce at this blog for the new customers.
(Only the feedback that the writer allows to introduce)
